There’s something special about snail mail.
A card arriving in the mailbox says, I was thinking about you. Someone took a moment to choose it, write it, address it, stamp it—and send it your way. In a world of texts and notifications, that little envelope can make your loved one's day.
The only problem? Remembering to send one.
Birthdays. Anniversaries. Thank-yous. New babies. New homes. Congratulations. Just because.
There are so many people we love, and so many dates to remember. And when you finally make it to the card aisle, a beautiful little piece of paper can cost $7, $8, even $10.
We think sending a thoughtful card should feel easier, and should be more affordable.
So we’re making it that way.
How does it work?
- Add your occasions — every birthday, anniversary, and holiday you want to remember to send a card.
- Each quarter, pick the coming season's cards for $1-3 apiece. They arrive together in one envelope, with a few blank cards for the moments you can't plan. Don't have time to go to the post office for stamps? Feel free to add to your package.
- When it's time, we'll remind you via a push notification with a mail-by date. You write the card in your own hand, stamp it, and drop it in the mail.
Your loved ones get real handwriting, on time, every time. You get to be the person who never misses a special occasion.
Covers our service and shipping cost for all four shipments. Unlimited cards per quarter are selected by the customer for $1–3 each.

About us
Club Hello is a very small company built around one belief: a card someone wrote by hand is worth ten of anything digital, and the person who sends them deserves better than a seven-dollar drugstore aisle.
We keep your occasion calendar, ship your cards a season at a time, and nudge you when it's time to write. We never write the cards for you — services that print a message in fake handwriting miss the entire point. The words, the pen, and the trip to the mailbox stay yours. Everything else is our job.
We're starting small on purpose, with a founding group of members who send a lot of mail. If something isn't right, write to us — a person reads every message and a person answers it.

Terms of service

Membership is $25 per year. It covers our service — keeping your calendar, curating the catalog, and shipping — including four regular quarterly shipments. Cards and other items are priced individually and paid per order.
Membership and billing
- Membership renews annually and is billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime; your membership runs through the end of the paid year. We don't offer partial-year refunds.
- Card and item orders are confirmed by email before any payment is collected. You pay by a Stripe payment link after confirmation.
- Prices may change between quarters. The price shown when you order is the price you pay.
Shipping
- Four regular quarterly shipments per year are included with membership. Additional or rush shipments may carry a small fee, quoted before you confirm.
- At-cost items (such as postage stamps) may be limited in quantity per shipment.
- We hand your envelope to USPS; we can't control the mail once it's mailed. If a shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, write to us and we'll make it right.
Returns
- If a card arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or credit you — just tell us within 30 days.
- Made-to-order items (such as personalized return address stamps) can't be returned unless defective.
The reminders
- Mail-by reminders are estimates based on postal transit times and are provided as a courtesy. We do our best, but we can't guarantee delivery dates for mail you send.
The boring but necessary part
- Club Hello is operated by AE Labs LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. These terms are governed by Illinois law.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
- We may update these terms; we'll email members about material changes.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to run the service: your name, email, mailing address, your orders, and the occasions you share with us — which may include names and dates of the people you send cards to.
- We use this information to ship your cards, send your reminders, and answer your messages. That's it.
- We never sell or share your information — or your recipients' — with anyone, except the services that make Club Hello run: Stripe for payments, our email and text provider for reminders, and USPS for shipping.
- Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Reminder texts and emails are only sent if you opt in, and you can stop them anytime by replying STOP or clicking unsubscribe.
- Want your data corrected or deleted? Email us and we'll do it within 30 days.
